Jamie D. Shumake, LMHC - Jamie received his Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University, C.W. Post. He is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist for the Haven at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Westchester. Additionally, Jamie is also adjunct professor at Long Island University, Westchester and Rockland programs. He completed the Advanced Intensive Training in DBT with Dr. Linehan and Dr. Manning in 2008 and is the Consultation Team leader for DBT Associates of Nyack.
Meghan A. Phillips, LCSW - Meghan received her Master of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Wrk. She is Inntensively Trained in DBT by Behavioral Tech, as well as having completed Advanced Training at The Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research. Meghan has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings in the Metro-New York area, including more than six years on the Personality Disorders Unit at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Westchester.
Elizbeth S. Mulhare, LMSW - Liz received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. She also holds an MBA from Pace University. Liz is a Treatment Care Coordinator at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weschester, working on the Personality Disorders Unit. She has completed the Foundational Training in DBT by Behavioral Tech and is a contributing author for a recent textbook on Anxiety Disorders, as well as co-authoring articles on Complicated Grief published in peer reviewed journals.
Daria Duranceau, EdM, Phd candidate in Clinical Psychology - Daria received her Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. She also holds an MBA from Concordia University, Montreal. Daria completed the Foundational Training by Behavioral Tech and is presently a PhD candidate at Fairleigh Dickenson University. Among her internships, she specialized in individual and group therapy for personality disorders. Daria is currently researching Temper Dysregulation Disorder at Four Winds Hospital.
